General Description
This article explains what counts toward your bandwidth graph (viewed at http://stats.resnet.purdue.edu).
Step by Step Instructions
On Campus:
All computers located in residence halls or on-campus use the local Purdue network. Traffic between these machines does not count toward the 5 GB upload/download limit.
Off Campus:
Any computers or servers not located on the Purdue campus or in the residence halls are considered "off-campus." These computers use off-campus Bandwidth which does count against the 5 GB upload/download limit.
Tools to help monitor your Bandwidth:
- Download Purdue University ResNet Utility (PURU):

http://stats.resnet.purdue.edu - Monitor program specific Bandwidth using TCPView
[KB000998] Bandwidth use monitoring with TCPView.
You are responsible for all data moved on your ResNet connection. This includes data sent through servers, wireless routers and instant messaging file transfers.
