Generally when a user has too much data going outbound from a gaming console it is typically because the system in question is hosting the game. Also, whenever one is matchmaking on-line the XBox Live server typically picks the fastest user to host the game. Since Purdue has such a fast connection you are most likely the best choice to host. To our knowledge their is no way to prevent this occurrence. The only exceptions to this rule are games where the user can select to host the game or not.
